Delivery & substitutions
We deliver across Abu Dhabi. If a stem in your arrangement is unavailable, our florists replace it with a bloom of equal value in a similar colour and form, so the bouquet keeps the look you ordered.
Care instructions
Trim the stems and place the bouquet in clean water as soon as it arrives. Refresh the water each day, recut the stems at an angle, and keep the arrangement away from direct sun, heat, and ripening fruit.

Questions
Delivery, card messages, substitutions, and care.
When will my bouquet be delivered?
We deliver across Dubai. The date on your order is the delivery date. If we cannot deliver that day, we contact you before the flowers are arranged.
Can I include a card message?
Yes. Add your message at checkout and we include a card with the bouquet.
What if a flower is unavailable?
Our florists substitute a stem of equal value in a similar colour and style. The overall look of the bouquet stays the same.
How long will the flowers stay fresh?
With clean water, a daily stem trim, and a cool spot out of direct sun, a hand-tied bouquet usually stays at its best for several days.
